96 f150 ....ive got a slight pull when the brakes are applied. I recently turned the rotors and installed new pads. There was a slight pull befor all that. So i decided to bleed them . When i did the driver front(the way it pulls) seams to have alot more pressure when the fluids bled...any ideas why? collapsed line on the other side? i noticed a coulpe of plugs on the master cylinder are those proportioning? just brainstorming here any ideas or help i appreciate

Probably a brake calliper dying. When brake calipers die, they have a tendency to stop grabbing onto the rotor causing the vehicle to pull in the direction of the good caliper.

Fordgta, How did you push the cylinder back into the caliper before you put the new pads in ? Did it go back in smoothly or did you have to force it ?
I used a c clamp and they seemed to go back fairly smooth. both caliper " " boots looked dry rotted and cracked......... so basically if thats my problem i should go ahead and change both out??? if one's going the other cant be far behind right. Im gonna call around the auto parts for prices ,thanks
Definately change both calipers. I just had the same prob with mine and only changed one cause I'm a cheap sob. well a week later, I was changing the other
turnd out the caliper with the high pressure(drivers side) was the problem. i know this because i changed the other side thinking it was the problem and there wasnt a change. alls good now
well..........thats not working either now.still pulls....if i pump the brakes when the trucks not running it pulls less....so it seams ...i changed the passenger side hose, both calipers ,bled them several times. im thinking master cylinder...could it make the truck pull if one of the pistons is letting more fluid to one side? how about the axle pivot bushings, could they make the truck pull?? i havent changed those im sure they need it.. i did change the control arm bushing but didnt torque them any body know how much they need? i tightend them solid with a half inch drive . by the way ive done the bearings ,u joints, balljoints also. im so discusted. id like to beat it with a sledge hammer. im stumped please help

well i wrote this last night ..today the truck drove and stopped fine.one time there was a slight pull but very livable. im now thinking its heat related. thinking back i noticed mud(from mudding) in the rotor slots. im gonna give those a cleaning and see what happens ,ill keep yall posted

When was the last time you greased your wheel bearings? Are you feeling any pulsating when you apply the brake? if so, you could have a warped rotor as well. I know when I had my caliper stick, it really heated up the rotor and warped it. it also screwed up the wheel bearing and my lock out hubs.
