Picked up a different speedometer head as mine was shot. It'll work, but I'd really like to use my old back as it's in much better condition. There's two screws, but then the needle needs to come off too to get it off. I don't want to break either one, so does anybody know how to get the needle off, or another way to switch the backs (black plastic piece with the numbers)? Thanks.

Got it figured out. Just a little twist and pull and it came right off. Everything's back together now and works great.
