Reverse Light Troubles

I've got a 95 F-350 PSD and I've lost my reverse lights and need some help. Recently replaced the drivers side that had burnt out and a few days later they were both out. Neither bulb looks to be bad and the fuse under the hood is good but still no lights in reverse. Any suggestions?

Is it an automatic? Sounds like the back-up switch, and if it's an automatic, it might be located on the side of the tranny where the shift lever enters the side.

Actually it's a manual transmission. Where would I find it for this tranny?
Thanks for the response, Franklin2. My wife has a similar problem with her Chevy PU as well so we're hoping to kill two birds with one stone here.

See if any of these illustrations help in finding it. Also check the wiring under there too.

Thanks for your help F2! It's been too snowy and muddy to crawl underneath and change it out but I sure appreciate your help.
