need to save money
i have a 97 f150 4.2 v6 with 120,000 and i have a #6 cylinder misfire and a clogged erg(?) valve. Ive checked spark plugs and cleaned the valve but problems presist. My truck also shakes and dies on inclines while stopped. Are these related and any advice?

Check the EGR valve again...

Could just be a bad EGR sensor triping the light. Did you replace the wires too? Could also be a bad coilpack. My Windstar lost 1 cylinder from the coilpack. It can be checked with an ohm meter.
