Hi and welcome to the forum 
When they aligned it did they check closely for worn parts?
Worn ball joints, tie rod ends, idler arm etc can all cause a wander.
Seized ball joints can also cause a wander because they don't allow the steering to return to staright ahead as easily as it should so you're constantly correcting it.
