AR Torque Thrust Wheels
Has anyone successfully mounted American Racing Torque Thrust wheels on an early F100 ('72)? Even though they show a 5 on 5.5" bolt pattern available, the wheel dealer says they won't fit. I hate to order them without confidence they'll work. OBTW mine is a 2WD truck. I think the 4x4 would NOT fit becuase of the hub diameter. Any ideas?

Try this. Measure the hub opening of the wheel and measure the hub diameter on your truck. Also contact American Racing and see what they say. I have a set of early 60's Torque Thrust D's on my 55 F-100, but my wheels are 40 years old. Good luck
