Not getting fuel

I posted earlier that we couldn't get the truck to start. The temp is up to about 13 degrees now, we checked the bowl and the fuel was not gelled. Not even close, so that is not the problem. But when we turned on the ignition, no fuel is flowing into the bowl. We siphoned it out, and sure enough, nothing is happening when we cycle on the key. Someone told us it could be the fuel pump, which involves dropping the gas tank (in 13 degree weather!!).

WHAT ELSE COULD BE TRY FIRST?? THE FUEL FILTER IS NOT PLUGGED OR BAD, WE CHECKED.

What year truck.... The older psd I think had a mech. fuel pump so you would'nt get fuel unless you turn her over.

Dont know how true it is but it worked when I tried it. If your oil is too low the truck will not allow itself to start. My oil was down by almost six quarts. I changed my oil. and the truck fired up

We just checked the oil, and put some 911 in the tank. Oil is fine. Still won't start. Is there somewhere we could put a heat lamp, any suggestions????

You are probably gelled or ice crystals plugging at the pickup screen in the tank or the screen in the fuel pump. Try putting a space heater under the fuel tank and try warming the rear of the fuel pump with a hair dryer for a while.
