Tire Pressure

Hi all,
What do you guy's run your tires at? I know Ford says 55 up front and 80 in the back. When I run the front at 55 the tires ware funny. When i put more psi in its a harsh ride. I've got 235 85 r16's on it. Just wondering

I run 55psi all the way around. anything higher and it was wearing too much down the middle, at 55 it seems to ride alight and everything wears evenly. And I don't notice any squatting when I got my gooseneck hooked up.

Load range E's in 235/85 R16 and I run 80 f&r. Never know when you will have a load. It rides a bit more like a truck but higher psi also means higher mpg's. Not much difference in ride from running 55 psi though.

I run 65Lbs. all around on mine. If you run empty alot, why would you put more pressure in the back when the motor weighs more than the bed?!

Sounds like its all prefrence, eh? My truck had a set of Goodyears on it when I got it, maybe it was just that tire that would wear funny at 55. I havent tried it since I had those tires, but those are gone now. I'm in the subs of Denver so it doesn't get super cold around here, around 0 has been the low so far, and its suppose to be in the mid 50's today. I have been running mine all at 70psi, and they seem to be wearing very well. Like the Grinch I never know when a load will come and I'm all about better gas mileage. Thanks for the input guy's! I feel like I'm not shootin in the dark as much now.

I run 75 all the way around, but I'm always loaded and like the fuel economy.

It stays constant and heat or cord does not effect it I think?
