Classified Ads
Can someone help me. I am trying to post a classified ad, but I cannot figure out how. When I am on the classified page, there is no indication of how to post ads. Where is the icon supposed to be that I click on to get started? I have asked FTE suport for help but all they say is it is a problem with my browser. I do not have a problem with any other web site-and I have visited a good number of them. Any help will be appreciated. John

When you go to the classified page, there should be a gray bar above the adds that says "Welcome Fast John II" on the left and a search box on the right. Above that is another smaller bar with My Ads, My Watchlist, home, search, profile, place an ad and logout. It's pretty small and it's right under the obnoxious blinking "WINNER" thingy.
What browser are you using? Some of the older browsers won't display certain newer html code. I have a problem with netscape on a few sites.

Thanks for the info. I do not have anything that you are refering to on my screen. My browser is Internet Explorer.

are you selling or buying? If you are buying/looking for something very specific, and can find the proper forums, folks around here are generally very helpful....

What version of IE are you using? You can download IE6 for free if you haven't already. I know some sites I've been to didn't work with 5 or earlie. Something to do with secure login and a few other security issues.
Microsoft likes to make random changes to it's web servers and the html code just to force people to use their latest software.
