Question Another dual tank problem

I have the 83 F250 that I posted about last week. To date I have dropped both tanks, replaced both pumps and the rear sender. I also found the fuel pump relay was bad so replaced it. Now I can read the fuel in both tanks but still get no power to the pumps unless I jump 12 V to them . The truck runs fine then. My Question is about the tank solenoid on the frame rail that has the 5 wire connector. Is the pump voltage routed through it? hat is about the only piece I haven't replaced.
Thanks

Didn't see your original post, but I assume you checked the inertia switch?

I might have a wiring diagram for this vintage truck somewhere, I'll check when I get home...
