Help lowering rear of '72 f100 2wd

Has anyone lowered the rear of their f100 by flipping the front spring mount and redrilling the bolt holes? and what were the results/problems?

Yes, have done this on several f-100's. only critical thing to watch for is pinion angle.Depending on how much you lower it you may have to buy axel weges to realign the pinion. NAPA sell's these in different angles.good luck!
