94 Ranger 2.3L 5spd; recently replace timing belt, ran fine for acouple days; decided to change plugs, after next day started to run rough at idle, once driving runs fine; today change plug wires, PCV value & Fuel filter; truck only has 88k miles; been told possible coolant temperture sensor; any comment would be helpful. I view several search post and see a variety of problems; can't seem to be able to probably diagnos with voltage meter; unable to open EEC cover.

Reason: better description
Ouch. It never hurts to go back over the plug install (and gap as mentioned) before tossing money at an issue. Ran fine after t-belt change, so that's likely not the issue.
If you haven't had a CE light come on, you might not have a code, but who knows. You need practice in getting the diagnostic port cover off...it's a hmmm witch, to say the least.
Thanks for your replies;
We gap the plugs @ 40 and when we change the plug wires we did one at a time and even check to insure the after market wires where the same link as original ones; also recheck connection on coil pack to ensure it was secure. A buddy told me to check to see if we accidently lossen the TPS (Throttle Positioning Sensor) recheck that yesterday an it seems to be secure.
going to put on a diagnosic check this evening; will post any results.
Thanks again for replies.
Seriously, sounds like the plug-change caused the problem based on your time-line.
Can you put old plugs back for test?
If you do take the new plugs back out, mark each one with the cyl# and then examine them closely to see if one looks different.
