A system problem is present causing the Electronic Control Assembly (ECA) to operate in Failure Management and Effects Mode (FMEM).
or,
Right side Exhaust Gas Oxygen (EGO) sensor-signal voltage indicates "lean" during "rich" air/fuel conditions.

Electronic Pressure Control (EPC) solenoid circuit failure.
Never had the problem so I can't tell you any more than that. Good luck with it. Maybe someone else will have more info.
not having trouble with trannie shifts fine the other code is the throttle position sensor which is code 63 does one have to do with the other ? so does this mean that fmem is telling me that the tps is bad thanks for your in put

With my very limited knowledge of this I can tell you that the tps has to do with the trans. My plug came loose and I had trans problems. Maybe yours is bad or dirty contacts. There is propably a way to test it in the manual. Since I am not an electrical guru, I really don't want to give you any bad info, and all these electrical gremlins usually get the best of me. If you don't get more good info here, you might try the electrical forum. Sorry I can't be of more help. Good luck with it.
