Flatbed towing a 5th Wheel
I see a lot of posts on various forums about people having to lower trucks and get trailer axles flipped to avoid hitting the siderails on the beds of SD trucks, when towing 5th wheels. Seems like the best way to not have this problem, if the truck is mainly for towing is to get some sort of flatbed. Anyone using a flatbed or have any thoughts about doing it good or bad.

I think a lot of people like there beds, having a flat bed is a pita unless all you do is pull goosenecks\5th wheels, the Fords and Dodges do sit high in the rear, alot of people just swap to the 2in. blocks and move on, there are a ton of people wanting 350 blocks that you could have 250 blocks for free (swap) If you notice a lot more of the new 5th trailers are coming aready pretty tall. Flat beds can be expensive as well.
