ATS exhaust system

Hello everybody I have the ATS exhaust system. I would not have paid the money for this but I got it for 300.00 but I am very unhappy with it. What I want to know is if anybody has this problem with this system? The "S" section of it the one that clamps to the downpipe slips down and rubs on the cross member by the tranny about every 3-wks i have to move it as it causes a exterme vibration in the truck. What do I do? Help!

I don't have the same exhaust, but just installed my 4" turbo back exhaust and am fine tuning it and notice that it is very close to rubbing on the cross member you are talking about. The manufacturer says you can just clamp it, but I think I'm gonna tack weld it as well, just to keep things from twisting and rubbing.

Is the exhaust actually rubbing against the trans support bar or is it just the bolts that are sticking through it? The reason I ask is that when you install the exhaust those bolts are supposed to be cut down to the nut. Good luck.
