i have a 91 with a 302 and th air pump went out it is frozen. i know you can baypass that pulley with a shorter belt but can anyone tell me a part number for that belt. or how to get the correct length for that belt. anything helps thanks in advance

Yeah, I did that, though I don't recall the belt number. I had to route it differently, using the tensioner under the alternator the wrong way, but its worked like this for a darn long time (several years).
The way I got the belt size originally was to take a piece of string, and route it around all the pulleys and the tensioner, then measure it, and subtract an inch so the tensioner would be useful. 68" sounds right for some reason. Its pouring rain here otherwise I'd go check for you...
i just went to the ford dealer and asked them for a serpentine belt....minus the smog pump....and they gave me one. no re-routing or anything.....(87 f-150 5.0)
