97 5.4 engine code (#4 cylinder misfire) please help

This truck has been sitting for almost two years. I start it up (fires right off), and baby it out on the road. After a little ways it starts bucking a little, and the check engine light comes on, then it starts flashing. I pull up into Autozone, and have them read the codes. It throws a code for #4 cylinder misfire. I got most of the gas out of it, added octane booster, and filled it up with premium, replaced the #4 spark plug, and coil (what a nightmare). When I unhook the battery for a while, of course the check engine light goes away, but I can rev it up for an hour with no light. It also seems to run fine, with no light, for up to 3-4 miles once I take off, then it does the same thing. This is leading me to believe that it's something electronic (why I changed the coil). No smoke, idles great. Only hesitates under load. Anyone ran into this problem? Thanks.

I think I got it. I took it back to Autozone, and it was throwing the same code, so I came home, and had another look. I guess when I put the new coil in, it rubbed on the fuel injector connector, or something, because the connector was only halfway on. I got it on there tight, started it up, and the truck revved very smoothly. It wasn't real rough before, but now it feels like a brand new truck. I'm getting ready to go for a ride.
