Where is this web site located?

The time stamp is 5 hours ahead of eastern standard time. Somewhere in Europe?

(the bottom says GMT, 1:38 am. Right now it's 8:42 pm EST)
It don't add up.
GMT shoud be about 3 hrs behind EST

reamer, GMT is EST plus five hours. It's now about 2:30 AM, GMT and 9:30 PM, EST.

Aren't most sites posted as Greenwich Mean Time ( AKA Zulu ) ?? Plus or Minus local times. IE: MST = GMT -7
