Also does anyone know how to find out wot sort engine i might have?
I found a badge on the engine bay that says Engine#:2H188215

One last thing if it is a 351 wot sort of automatic transmission would go into it. It has a four speed at the moment but its not too good.
Any help u can give is much appreaciated I am new to the F truck world but very enthusiastic to learn.
Thanks Again
What is the VIN number?
Post that and we can decode it for you.
Looking from the side of the engine, are your spark plugs angles like this // \\ or like this \\\\ ? If // \\ then it's an FE family engine, probably a 360.
Take care,
Lee
There could be some issues between our trucks here and the ones down under, besides the fact that we drive from your passenger side. I have seen photos of Fords there that have never been produced here. The Vin setup could possibably be made up totally different there from here also.
Be as specific as you can with your questions, upload photos in a gallery that we can see, and maybe we can get your answers for you.
John
That VIN munber does not follow the standard configuration that I am familiar with.
Do you have a tag on the door? If you open the door there may be a tag located below the latch, or on the cab side of the door frame.
Lee
I think you could be right john.
I'll take some pictures and post them as soon as possible. Thanks again for your help I'll get back to you soon.
