Aftermarket Headlights

I was looking for aftermarket headlights fro my 04 FX4. I found some that say they are for a 03-04 Expedition and 04-05 F-150?
Is this right? I called the dealer and they weren't sure. Even the salesman at the company doesn't know.
I know the expedition and F-150 headlights were interchangeable up until 02.. Any one know anything for a fact? Or know anyone with an Expedition that could try this out for me?

Thanks in advance.

I looked around tonite and sent out a few emails. It seems that the headlights on the Expedition use a 2 bulb system from the factory and the F-150 uses a single bulb so the wiring is incompatible. The socket may still fit but I think I will wait until they actually make some for the F-150.

Thanks for the link.. It was informative. But I am thinking I am wanting to go for projector headlights I loved them in my '03 that got totalled 2 months back.
Besides I own a business that is doing custom carbon fiber and aftermarket parts... etc.. and can get a HID conversion set for like $400ish canadian after taxes.. etc... still looking for H13's though... my buddy came up with H11's for replacements. I am hoping to rewire to my truck to use the Expedition projector headlights I found with the dual bulb projectors and then install HID's in those... super bright...

I actually installed a set of dual beam projectors a month ago. It took forever to find it. But I found some and they look great and really make a difference at night.
I also found some HID's for these projectors but the bulb will only fit in the low beam because of clearance.
I can't give you the info to contact the company in the reply (already been warned about that once) but if you PM me I'll help you out. I am in London and so is the company I bought my stuff from.
