How do you access the FAQ section? The first topic in this site says "click on the truck...." but that does not work. What am I missing?

It appears to be completely loaded. Should there be a truck in the thread or do you need to click the .jpg link to get the picture of the truck and then click that? There is no truck and bringing up the picture of the truck does nothing either. Clicking on the picture does nothing.
