which gears and dif?

Can you tell which gears and which diff you got from the vin #. I'm away from my truck and all I have is the vin #.

Dana 50 front, ford 10.5 rear as far as ratio hard to tell 3.73 4.10 or 4.30.
If I had to guess I'd say 3.73 you need to look at the rear tag on the diff.

try giving this a post in the v10 area these guys know a lot of specs from the top of their heads, 4x4 v10 my guess is 410's ask the gang there, other wise its on the rear cover on the tag under 1 bolt and on the door sticker in a code number
