Engine Swap Problems: 302 to 302HO

Amazing dmelton! I have the somewhat same problem,I bought this van off my friend it's an 87 e250 with a now 302 mustang motor at idle it's very rough and also stalls sometimes,the idle is very eratic but on the highway or just driving around town plenty of power performance etc,were you able to hear the vaccum leak that you found,where could you tell me to start looking maybe the same thing happened when they swapped the intakes,because when they were taking the motor out of the van they cracked the intake and had to buy a used one! I guess after all this information it sounds like the first thing I should do is start checking for vaccum leaks huh?
