Take a look at my post on Non-automotive.
Those who are affected by the flooding, you have my sympathy. Those who are not but are near an affected area, find out where sandbags are being filled and offer to haul sandbags in your truck.
I'm going to head to Bloomington and find out if there's any bagging going on down there that needs bags hauled around
