brake controller
I have a 1986 F250 4x4 and I am installing a brake controller. I found a plug under the dash that looks like a factory plug for a controller. Does anyone know if a truck this old possibly came with this?

I received a brake wiring harness with my 82 E-250 van when I ordered it with the trailer tow package. So the answer is yes. If you have a wiring diagram for that 86 you should be able to verify if that connector is for a brake controller.
