I'm currently trying to sell my 96 b2300. The guy that wants it took it to the local mazda dealer to get it inspected. They said it needs a new clutch($200) and new clutch cylinder($115) and they want $400 for installation. The clutch seems to work fine for me, yes it isn't new and it is worn a bit, but i have no problem in driving it. I can still start the truck with out any gas, just by letting the clutch out slowly.

Can anyone tell me how to know if the clutch cylinder is bad? I don't know if they are talking mater/slave here.
