Air Bag Code 51

Just got my 94 F-150 2wd back from ford.... now here's the deal, i need a safety done cause i'm out of province, so this has to be fixed. They said the code was for the "Air Bag Diagnostic Monitor Internal Fuse". They changed the fuse and said there was still a short in the system. Now, they traced the short to an intermittent ground connection to a faulty air bag monitor. I have to replace this piece of crap, but i don't know where it is.. anyone know? By the way, they wanted $450.00CDN just for the part. Does this sound right? any help would be well appreciated.

I would be very careful when working with anything having to do with the ABS system. If you deploy that air bag which is not only very dangerous, it is also very expensive about $500-$1000 US in addition to that $450 CDN.
