Hi all. I just got an 81 ford f100 that needs a lot of work. Its a complete rust bucket, the bodies not so bad but the frame is crumbling under me. So far Ive atleast gotten it legal to drive, but Im not sure how safe it is. Im really excited to have something to work on and hopefully...someday...it will look and drive as good as new. So, Im sure Ill be askin lots of questions and maybe even sharing some of my own experiences.

Welcome Anna, Joining in is the single best thing you could've done. I've done lots with little resources in the restoration and fabrication area. But, before I pick up a wrench, I pick up a book or the I-net and research all I can. Everyone here will be great about sharing their successes and failures. Rotsa ruck. And remember, somewhere, someone else has done more with less. So don't sweat what you are staring out with.
