July sounds good, I think it would be a good event no matter what you do,

I also think the mud wrestleing, thats always a good thing,

selling stuff, always a plus.

now so people can identify each other, how are you gonna fo that, papers with the FTE Handle on them, or something, or just figure it out to be good luck to ya?

 

We have Four things in mine.

1) Gravel pit that is real nice

2) Fairgrounds

3) A Large hay Field

4) Back over to Chesterfield Tire

 

I would also like to form a committee to pull this off. Can anyone help on that end please.

I would like to have a meeting in a central place with everyone in two weeks.

 

Does anyone here care about a Summer event? I would really love to get this ball rolling. If we plan early that will make it easier on us later.

 

I care, but unfortunatly i cant do much to help due to my school, right now im in the middle of a semester, doing five days a week 8am to 5pm, and my weekends are dedicated to homework. sorry that your not getting anybody to help out, I wish I could give you a hand, I know how fustraighting it must be.

 

I do not know what to do here I guess nobody want's to have fun this year.

To start of I think we will need to get a firm date. Someone mentioned July. How bout right in the middle July 16-17???

next we need to see who would be willing to go. I realize some may not know if thay can go but this is 3+ months away. Just want to know who's comming for 2 reasons. Head count as to size of area we need and also to see what would be most central for everyone. I am guessing north central Mass or south west NH(its just a guess from the states involved).

Once we know who most likely can show and where we need to meet(roughly about) we can scout locations.

Once we settle on a date we can start a thread on "who is going to the July ?? meet?". I there we can keep a rolling tally of the people going and those backing out. Also any others that roam in will see it and may decide to go also.

so lets get started on a date.

I can start a pole or someone else can....

 

July 16-17 is a great start now we need some people to have a meeting with me to get this thing off the ground.

 

Come on the weather will be warm real soon. And I would like to get this event going. Help please.

 

I wish I was up there to try and give you a hand and get something going! I'm in Ct. but just a little bit to far. Sounds like with no help you should try to get something small going? I always thought of getting something together at one of the already planned car/truck shows. Might be a way to get some people to attend and get to know eachother.

If you did a show or something closer rather than farther from me, and the weekend was open, I may take a ride.

the best way to get this going is to set up a place to have the event... Even if its just a park so we can all get together.. Maybe just a simple show and shine.... (or show and rust) and a bbq.....

So who knows of or has a place in Central or North Central Mass? Thinking that would be central for all New England. If its not than what would be more central?
