how do you disable the warning buzzer on a 99 f250?

 

Not sure if it applies and not sure which buzzer you mean but...

on my 94 F250, the chime that goes off when the door is open, lights left on etc, is a black plastic box about the size of a pack of cigarettes and is located against the firewall above the tranny hump and in line with the ash tray. All you have to do is unplug it and no more chime.

if u r talking about the seatbelt chime the procedure is in the owners manual.

 

You mean the key in ignition ding when you open your door and you want to leave it open to clean the truck or whatever?
Go under the dash and find the black wire with the pink stripe and cut that sucker..
Its to the right of the column..

 

Thanks everybody! I work out of this truck, (just got in August) and would leave the door open a lot except for that ding which makes me want to go jump off of a tall building somewhere! Hopefully I'll never hear it again after today.
