I Have Checked The Grounds On The Lights .everything Seems To Be Ok .can Anybody Help Me Out With This Problem .getting Afraid To Drive The Truck Anywhere For Fear They Will Go Out And Not Come Back On .thanks For Any Help You Can Give Me
you have same problem as many older vehicles. i have 2 1974 ford trucks with same problem. i changed headlite switches and dimmer switches and still had same thing happen. i even did a part warranty on switches. i found an article in hot rod mag about high resistance through wiring and switch and contacted magelectrical.com about installing relays so high voltage does not go through dash. lites are supposed to be brighter too. i installed relays on one truck. no more flashing lites. they may not be brighter, but now i can install silver star blue headlites(they require more voltage i guess)
