Maybe one of you dealer guys can answer this question for me.
I've noticed that the older Rangers (up til 2003) with an overdrive transmission
have the D, for DRIVE, encircled in white. My '04 Ranger auto 5 spd has no white cicled D.
Anyone know why? Are the '05 models like this?
I think they did the circle deal when you used the shift lever to select overdrive or no overdrive. With button on the end you have one "D" position but can take out of overdrive by pushing button on end of lever.
