Emissions Removal ?
The whole engine package is emissions. The ignition, carb, computer control, and catalytic convertor are all made to work together for emissions. That's why you can run into trouble by taking part of it off while leaving some of the original stuff on. If your sticker on the radiator says EECIII or EECIV, you have a computer.
