My son drives a 97 Dodge 2500 Cummins turbo. Not a bad truck to drive.
Recently I noticed one front wheel leaning in at the top. Bearing went bad, allowing the rotor to drag on the caliper at an angle, destroying the new brake pads and scored the rotor. And while you replace wheel bearings on a Ford, this Dodge requires you to replace the entire hub assembly. With my discount at NAPA it's still $231
dodge uses a hub bearing assmbly. on just about all their products. take a look at www.allpar.com the the mopar web forum site you may just possible find a link to a cheaper price. i dito you on never again! for me any thing that has a term mopar in its name, not that its a super bad product its just that when they are out of warrenty cost to repair is unreal. good luck man
