I have a 99 f150 that is hard to start when cold and runs rough until it warms up. It has thrown a lean bank 1 code and misfire to #3 and #6. I have not been able to get it to really act up and was wondering if anyone had any ideas. there are no vacuum leaks, plugs, wires are good, I am leaning towards a fuel pump or regulator.
