2003 F250SD 5.4, is there a tach wire splice point inside the vehicle around the fuse block? I'm installing a Ford keyless entry/remote start and can't get the system to learn the tach signal from under the hood injector signal connection.

Yes there is ,you need to find the customer access wires under the dash.
There should be a group of dead ended wires with shrink tubing on them from the factory.remove the fuse panel ,look to the right following the harness bundle over towards the radio.they are tied back with a tie wrap
You want this wire (Light green with a white tracer) ,That is the CTO (clean tach output)
I am getting an aftermarket remote start on through a local stereo shop and they spent several hours trying to find the tach wire for signal with no luck. They are now going with another brand that they claim doesn't need the signal? I hope they know what is up!
On most aftermarket remote starts you can turn off the tach signal. Just make sure you program the starter engagement time or you will end up with a burnt starter.
