So I get on the phone last week and order a new heavy duty double carden drive shaft from Jesse at High Angle Driveline for my 2000 V10 Excursion.
So the next day the rubber boot on my lengthened and balanced one piece shaft splits length wise like somebody cut it with a knife and sprays grease everywhere.
I haven't really ****ed anybody off lately. Does my truck hate me for upgrading to a better driveline? Anybody else have this happen?
Dave - You live deep enough in the south that if you were to wrap duct tape around the busted boot until the new shaft arrives, not many folks would give it a second thought. (Sorry ... couldn't resist the opportunity.) /// Ken
