Steering trouble on '82

Recently had rear u-Joint replaced and alignment done. Strainght and quiet again! BUT!!! Now the steering will "lock" around a corner and i have to 'bump' it back into a straight position!!! The steering has never failed and my fluids are ok. Is this is a big problem?

I would take a close look at the steering shaft for any slack in the rag joint, and then re-check the drag link and tie rod ends. Sounds like you get in a bind somehow at full lock. When it does this again, you should be able to see where the steering linkage is stuck.
