Help...trying to remove headlight switch
Thought I would drop a line and ask you guys if anyone has the hot setup for removing a headlight switch from my 92 Aerostar...can't seem to find the little button to push to remove the shaft so I can get it out out the console...Lost my lights on the way to work last night...

Pull the switch to the on position. On the ****, there is a little slot. Put a flat blade screwdriver in that slot, as deep as it will go, and pull the **** straight out, using the screwdriver only. There is a little retainer inside and it must be pushed toward you.

copper..thanks for baling me out... simply job once you know the tricks...have a chiltons manual and it explains everything to replacing the switch except how to remove the ****...guess i will use that manual to lite the stove... thanks again..Doug Smith
