I believe that they are two screws by the door handle hidden by a plastic trim piece that pops off, and then there are 6 or 8 screws around the bottom and side edges of the panel. Once those are off, the panels are held on by plastic christmas tree clips. If you use a screwdriver and pry the panel by each clip the should pop right out. (if you break them, you can buy more at an auto parts store for cheap) then you will have to unhook the wiring harness for the power features and you should be good to go!

There are 3 screws to remove. I think that 2 are in the armrest and one is possibly in the opening handle area.
Gently pop of the long vertical trim on the rear side of the window, then lift the panel straight up about an inch or so and it will pull right off. There are no push in type clips. If you pry out on the panel, you will break off the tabs that slide down into the door slots.
