need help PLEASE

i got the best truck in the world, a 97 150 with the 4.6 & auto trans but i'm having a problem that i just can't seem to get an answer 2. My overdrive light on my shift selector started blinking 2day and i don't have a clue what that means?????? anyone one have a clue? any help would be much apprc.

If the OD light is blinking it means there is something wrong. Is it still shifting into OD?
