Update as to time and place of meet even if this chapter gets shut down. Theres a mall out here in Riverside has a nice sized parking lot I was thinking we could meet there as a starting point and figure out what to do from there. It's the Galleria at Tyler should be easy for out of towners to find if we have any coming all you do is take the 91 to Tyler and get off headed north, it'd be hard to miss. I was thinking about meeting there around like 1:00 or 2:00 in the afternoon next weekend. Anyone interested can PM me and let me know, that way I have an idea of how many people might show up.
I'd really hate to see a good thing like the SO Cal Chapter get shut down afterall its already here we might as well save it.So let me know.

Dropped a note in the 48 to 60 truck forum hoping to attract some interest. I will try to make it if I don't have to work that day.

I'd like to attend, but I need a time and place a little more specific than "between 1:00 and 2:00 next weekend".

The Galleria has a huge parking lot. What part of the lot do you plan to be in? A suggestion (for out-of-towners): The South West corner of the Galleria parking lots - closest to Tyler and the 91. It's usually an empty area (farthest from shops) and easy to find.

What should we look for? Who's truck? A sign?

Saturday 1/15 or Sunday 1/16?

I'm in Ramona. Don't think Riverside is to far out so I might make it. (kids invited?) I could only get a kitchen pass from the wife if I take my son. What would be the best route from Ramona? Is there an address to look up in mapquest?

Anyone and everyone is welcome,
And now that you mention it and some more of you guys have responded, yeah I was thinking the southwest corner that way its close to the freeway, I also figured that after a while of talking to each other and comparing notes we could all head inside to the food court area, that way we could all grab a bite to eat if anyone were hungry and there should be some seating as well, then we can get down to the business of electing a leader and the other offices we think we might need.
As far as which day, I was thinking Saturday, but it could be either depending on whats best for the majority who plan to attend so, LET ME KNOW, if need be and more people can come Subnday then sunday works too. As far as whos truck to look for you can look for my truck, there are pics in my gallery of what it looks like, Ill park in as much of an obvious spot as possible and sure Ill make a couple signs that say FTE with an arrow to the aisle I'm down.
OK guys let me know how this sounds and Im open to suggestions,
-Chris
