Rear End

Is it possible to adapt a rear end off of a 2003 f150 to put it onto my 91? What would I need to do to make the swap? Would the ABS still be able to work?

The bolt pattern for the wheels is definitely different and I think a 15" wheel won't fit onto a 2003 rear either, so that probably means 2 new wheels. There are probably some more differences.

Aurgathor is right. Your '91 F150 uses 5 on 5.5" bolt pattern with 15" wheels. The newer trucks use 5 on 139mm if I remember correctly and 16" wheels. Don't know for sure if the new ones have the rear axle speed sensor like your '91 should have for the ABS to work, I imagine they do. I think the frames are different width too, so there would be issues with the location of the spring and shock mounts if that's the case. Of course, anything can be swapped into anything with enough work and money...
