Will this hitch fit

Will a hitch off a 1998 f150 fit on my 1998 Expediton have a chance to pick it up for about nothing, but dont want it if it isnt going to fit

go to uhaul.com and see if the same part number is recommended for both vehicles. I have a feeling that its the same hitch.

You can also got to A-Z trucks on line and put in the info for both vehicles and it will give you the part numbers for both vehicles and if they are the same no problem.

Draw Tite shows different part numbers for their Max Frame hitch ( F150 75065 Expedition 75071 ) and their Max-E-Loader hitch ( F150 41520 Expedition 41527 ) so I would think it will not fit. May have something to do with rear spring mounts, rear body dimension, fuel tank - who knows what.
