2000 F-250 7.3lt problem
Well today was the 5th time my 2000 Ford F-250 Diesel decided to act up. The problem engine wise feels like a miss, electrically the truck appears to turn off and then immediately turn back on in a brief second (all guages go to "0", all caution lights come on, and the radio turns down in volume). The problem started immediately after changing from a stock exhaust to a 4" turbo back exhaust. I was on a road trip and about on the 300th mile, ever since it has done this periodically but always when the truck has warmed up. I currently have a performance chip and intake installed as well. I just hope that all of these performance products I have installed havent burnt-up my computer and caused this problem. Anyone have any suggestions?
By the way the problem never sets a hard engine light, so chances of finding the problem are that much harder!

My 2000 F350 7.3 4x4 started to due the same thing once I changed out the Cam Sensor and the problem stopped. If you change it by one from an International dealer they are about $94 Ford gets about $Double that. Hope this helps? Someone with more experience might know better. Good Luck
