HELP! Weak spark on a 302

I have been reading threads on no spark situations and have checked all I can. I have a 92 F150 with a 302. I pulled a plug and checked for spark...Very, Very weak. It tries to fire but not hot enough spark. I checked coil..12 v on both sides changed dist. cap, rotor, wires, coil, and just had the module tested...tested ok
plugs are couple months old...
Pickup coil next ?

Thanks Jeff

I spoke with a friend of mine that works at a gm dealership as a wrench and he said that just because the module tested ok at Advance Auto doesn't mean it is actually OK. I guess it doesn't really check it under a good load? Any ideas on that....What is a good method of checking out a pickup coil? I have an O scope that will display an AC wave form from the coil. Any idea how much AC voltage I can expect from it ?

You should switch the plugs just in case and also set the gap correctly.
