Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares
Has anyone else caught this show? I stumbled across it on BBCAmerica, and I'm not sure if it is on any other channels. If you get a chance you should see it. This Brit Chef, Gordon Ramsey, and ex-footballer who is now a really famous chef, goes each week to some restaurant that is on the verge of bankruptcy and gives himself a week to whip it in shape. He is no holds barred about it too. You have to see it to believe it-- he is absolutely no nonsense, and talks like a sailor on shore leave. Here is a review that Slate did on the show, and pretty well sums it up. You should catch it if you can.
