The truck is put back together and driveable for now so I'll try to get to the scale tomorrow (put in new gauges and A pillar mount, rear shocks, modified the exhaust and installed the clamps and bushings on the front shocks).
It snowed last night so I spent most of the morning plowing, otherwise I would have had time to get it weighed today.
2001 F-350 CC SWB PSD 4R100, toolbox that's pretty empty since I have it pretty much stored for the winter, no stock spare tire, slightly more than 1/2tank of fuel, 8.5" lift with 38" PJs on 16.5x9.75 wheels weighed in at 8060# with me in it.
And wouldn't you know that the first time I drive it in a month and I get hit on the way to weigh it ....didn't effect the weight though
I'm fine....truck damage is minor, no body damage. Scuffed up my passenger side rear wheel and tire and cut the center cap. I have a few witnesses saying it was the other driver's fault, no tickets were issued. Guy behind me said my suspension flexed pretty well over the other guy's bumper when he swerved into me . It's all up to the insurance companies now.
I'll be putting the stockers back on to get it aligned and make sure nothing got tweaked with the hit.

DC,
Sorry to hear about your truck. I am glad that the damage was as minor as it was. Everyday, I drive in rush hour traffic...and watch people just cut in front of me or right behind me in heavy traffic....completely oblivious. I keep telling the wife I am going to get some Train Horns.
Well, he's missing a driver's side headlight, turn signal, and grill.....the bumper was cracked, shredded and hanging down, driver's side fender was bowed up with the front corner pushed in towards the hood, and the driver's side front corner of his hood was torn upward which wrinkled his whole hood. Of all the times for someone to take a red light . I think he might have hit me trying to avoid t-boning one of the cars behind me .
At first when the police arrived they didn't think I was involved.....and then they couldn't tell where the damage was on my truck until I pointed it out to them. Good thing it's as lifted as it is...otherwise on a stock truck he would have hit the bed.
Wow, well I guess all that matters is that everyone's alright but that sucks about your truck. I hope it turns out to be nothing major. I go through the same thing that Bear was talking about, with rush hour and all. Turns out people realize what they've done when they cut in front of me and 4 8" lights come through their back window.
You can see the small tear in the center cap, a little bit of paint on the outer edge, and the scuff marks on the tire.
Best I can tell from the witnesses and from the damage to his car and my tire/wheel is that the front driver's corner of his car made it's way in front of my passenger side rear tire when he swerved into me and I climbed up over the frame horn/bumper mount of his car. All the damage on his car is farther back than the frame horn/bumper mount and that is still straight. Truck still drives straight going 40+ mph and letting go of the wheel and in the snow going straight the rears are still tracking over the front tracks. I'm still taking it for alignment to make sure, and will be checking the torque on everything.
