Quick 10K mod question
Hey all, when you guys do the 10k mod with a switch, do you put a fusible link in the line to the switch? Love the mod, but don't necessarly like the loping idle when comming to a stop, or letting off the go pedal. Thanks for your help.

That would be one SMALL fusable link! You only use 1/2 watt resistors for the job.
BTW I use a momentary on switch on my gear shift lever and run with a 5.6k. It's great for that extra shot of power when getting on the freeway. Release the button and it turns off for a smooth idle.
