Key in ignition alarm disable
The "door open alarm" question I previously posted (with zero replies) more precisely involves a "you left the key in the ignition, idiot" alarm on an '05 F350 Crew. Leaving the key in the ignition (engine off) with an open door activates this annoying alarm. Does anyone know how to eliminate/disable it?
The key can't be left in the ignition with the door open. Loading material and hearing the CD/radio while working outside and near the vehicle is best with the door open and without the engine running, but that pernicious, incessant alarm prevents that.
